Spec Miata
1990–1997 Mazda Miata (NA, 1.6L and 1.8L). Any NA Miata. 1.6 and 1.8 cars race together, balanced by weight and restrictor plate.
1999–2005 Mazda Miata (NB, 1.8L). Any NB except the 2004–05 Mazdaspeed turbo. A rust-free manual car with a clean title makes the best donor.

Pros
Transmission, suspension, a/c, engine, and soft top have been serviced. Records and paper receipts of service/maintenance in hand. Soft top, door switches, radio, lights and A/C is functioning properly. All four tires have plenty of tread left. New battery. Spare tire w/jack in trunk. Front and rear brake pads still have life. A new used engine with 45k miles from LAJDM has been installed at a certified shop.
Cons
Has check engine light on, only one code, P0301 Cylinder #1 misfire, new coil packs, injector and spark plug have been replaced on cylinder #1 but the code comes back. Possible blown head gasket.
Placed in Non Operational
Other than the misfire on #1, the rest of the vehicle is in great shape and has had lots of service with records in hand. It can drive but it must be towed out from driveway.
