Trailer doesn't have a title. It does have the serial number on the tongue & will come with a bill of sale. You shouldn't have any trouble in Arkansas getting tags. Over the years, I've had several trailers, with only one having a title. Never any problems, here. The black break-away switch on the trailer tongue doesn't work. It's just in case the trailer comes unhooked from the truck. It activates the brakes. About $100 from Etrailer.c o m. The trailer brakes worked the last time it was pulled by a 2500.
