I am testing the waters with my 5 speed manual e46 330ci. It has 194k but i’ts a very nice spec and a blast to drive. It is in decent condition for a 2002 nothing amazing but definitely on the better side, functionally all good. It has a valvetronic muffler on it but i am planning on taking it unless you want to pay for it, so if not it's basically a muffler resonator delete. Brand new clutch and oil filter housing gasket, it has a K&N cold air intake on it and it drives very smooth. reason for selling is that i want something a little newer. might accept trades for newer bmw's and i'll put in cash on top.
