Email admin@racecarstuff.com and a person will get back to you, usually within a day. Include the listing link or number if your question is about a listing.
Signing in
RaceCarStuff signs you in with a 6-digit code sent to your email, with no password. If the code doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, wait a minute and tap "Resend code". Codes expire after a short time, so use the newest one.
Selling
- Post a listing from Sell. You can edit, mark as sold or delete it any time from your dashboard.
- Found your car or part here from a Facebook or Craigslist ad? Use the claim link on the listing to take it over, or email us to have it removed.
Buying safely
- See the car or part in person, or use someone you trust, before paying.
- Be wary of anyone who won't talk on the phone, pushes for wire transfers, gift cards or crypto, or offers to ship a car after a deposit.
- Check the logbook, title and safety equipment dates. Our buyer's guides cover what to look for.
Reporting a problem
Use "Report" on a listing for scams, wrong information or items that have already sold, or email us about a user who is harassing you. We review every report.
Deleting your account
In the iOS app, go to Account → Delete account. On the website, email us from the address you sign in with and we'll delete it. This removes your profile, listings, photos, saved items and messages.
