97 Miata STO edition numered car with emblem and number on dash. over $2k in upgraded parts:NRG quick release steering wheel,MSP2 aftermarket ECU $700 in box, skunk2 intake in box $450, Skunk pro throttle body, Radium fuel rail and gauge, air fuel with broadband O2, Goodwin Racing coil overs. Avanti storm wheels 11lbs. good: texas and oklahoma car- body no rust and frame in great shape. top and glass in good shape for age. original dash in great shape. leather seats worn, but good for age. pop ups work bad: head was leaking oil. replaced head, front oil seal, timing belt, and tensioner. new ford head and valves-ford and mazda interchange during these years. still have original head and is in good shape but would need rebuild. Put new head on and timed but wont start. elec or fuel issue. turns over but does not run. paint original-needs paint job. price is firm at $5000 given numbered STO, body condition, and aftermarket parts.
